Ways to Pay
All payment for services is requested at the time of your consultation.
You may pay using:
• POLi online
• Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card – paywave available
• Online banking – our bank account number is 12-3196-0014538-04
• Automatic Payment – if you would prefer to make regular payments against your account please ask at Reception.
• Cash
We also use Medeor Pay by Link for payments. Medeor is a simple, secure & convenient way to pay for any invoice right from your device. Find out more about Medeor Pay by Link.
Our Terms
Our consultation fees are displayed in the waiting room. Copies are also available; if you would like one, please ask at Reception.
Our fees are made up from the following:
• Consultation time
• Complexity
• Eligible funding
• Cost of running a medical practice
Free fees apply to:
- Flu vaccination:
- For pregnant women;
- Anyone aged 65 years and over;
- Anyone aged under 65 years with a medical condition that increases their risk of developing complication from the flu (conditions apply; please check with us)
- Childhood immunisations
- Maternity care
Eligibility for Subsidised Medical or ACC Charges
To be eligible for subsidised ACC or Medical Charges you must present:
- A valid CSC (Community Service Card) or
- HUHC (High User Health Card) or
- Live in the low-income area Q5 or
- Be actively enrolled in our Counties Medical Family Health Clinic Papakura or Takanini
Subsidised rates will be only given once the details above are able to be confirmed by the receptionist on the NES enrolment register.|
All persons 18 years of age and older are adults, whether at school or not.
For subsidised charges during normal business hours Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm please make an appointment with your own enrolled GP.
Ambulance Transfer Fee: This is charged directly by Hato Hone St John. The current charge is $98.00. An Invoice is sent directly to the patient for payment.
